Build a decentralised freelance marketplace on ICP with trustless payment rails, on-chain reputation, and a better UX than centralised alternatives.

Solution

Owned ideation, product design, and tech team handling for 11 modules: Dashboard, Workers, Browse Projects, Bounties, My Projects, Messages, Hackathons, Pay & Loans, Analytics, ICP Work Swap, Caffeine AI, and the Crypto Card. Designed three core flows — client, freelancer, hackathon — with on-chain escrow and dispute resolution.

Build a multi-chain launchpad competing with DAO Maker and Polkastarter, with transparent token sales and a credible VC network layer.

Solution

Designed four complete sale models end-to-end: Liquidity Bootstrapping Pools, Fixed Price, Tiered, and Overflow — each with its own pricing logic, investor eligibility, and post-sale settlement. Shaped the DAO governance surface and the 1,000+ VC/angel network interface.

Led full DEX product design across Swap, Stake, Bridge, and Portfolio surfaces. Consulted on the Chainbased Agent Nexus — an AI agent swarm system with Liquidity Scouts, Risk Assessors, and Executors, all powered by zkML-secured federated learning and MPC wallet integration.
